Worked at Kurgo from 2009 to 2020, June implemented and maintained the cash management model to accurately analyze future cash flow/needs for management team planning. She designed and executed the Kurgo Hiring and Training Process to streamline associated responsibilities.
Other process improvements include streamlining the Landed Cost Process for improved inventory valuation; overseeing the annual review process to ensure timeliness and employee input; controlling month-end close process for timeliness (achieving less than 7 business days) and year-end audit.
June served as Grant Committee Chairperson for the Kurgo Foundation during this time, and is currently serving as Secretary of her local Lions Club chapter as well as a sub-committee member of her town’s Conservation Commission.
