Trish has envisioned, built and/or rebuilt ground-breaking food ventures, including: Dancing Deer, a creative early leader in the double bottom-line natural food space: lēf Farms which cracked the code to grow cost-competitive quality greens indoors, year-round, sustainably in New England; and Chabaso, a family company which needed an all-points renovation from Manufacturing basics to Brand, Team and Financial Systems. She has also assisted entrepreneurs and corporate clients build out their novel visions or overcome existential challenges.
Comfortable in uncharted waters, Trish helps others see what is possible and what they must resolve in order to move forward. Equal parts problem solver and disrupter, she is creative, strategic, and rigorous, with deep experience and understanding of operating, financial and market realities, wins & losses.
She has served many Boards and Councils and contributed enormous time and energy to creating positive impact - a life pursuit. Among those initiatives is advocacy for the environment, and for women in business and sport.
Trish holds a BA from Wheaton College, an MBA from Yale SOM and Honorary PhDs from Bentley College McCallum School, Wheaton College and Pine Manor College for her roles as mother, entrepreneur, activist, artist.
