The responses represented in this report are primarily from New England-based CEOs who are a part of the Katahdin Group’s CEO Collective peer groups. Our reasoning for doing the survey was based on how often we hear our members discussing executive compensation. The goal of this report is to be a help in that process. Think of it as asking 60 CEO peers what they pay their C-suite. The positions covered are the top executives for finance, human resources, marketing, sales and operations.
