Heather has over 20 years of experience in a wide variety of disciplines including UI development, business operations, mechanical engineering, product design and psychology, Heather is able to leverage the strengths of both analytical and creative team members to achieve superior business outcomes that speak to consumers at a deeply emotional level. Heather gets charged by seeing a project launched and in the hands of consumers, adding dimension to their lives. With experience in multiple disciplines, including product design, psychology, UI development, mechanical engineering, and business operations, she has insights into each aspect of the development process. Heather has worked with scientists to commercialize technology in R&D environments, spent extensive time ramping products in China, and developed global product offerings. In addition to her consulting and corporate work, Heather is also an educator. Teri Kinsella, Senior Consultant, PI Midatlantic
Teri began her relationship with PI Worldwide in 2003 when, as a marketing consultant, she was hired to do a complete re-branding of the company. After working with the company for several years, Teri was intrigued by the effectiveness of PI and joined PI Midlantic in 2009. Formerly, Teri owned Kinsella Marketing offering comprehensive brand development, marketing strategy and marketing services to a wide variety of B2B and B2C clients. Teri spent seven years with Reebok International ultimately becoming Director of Advertising for the Men’s division where she was responsible for a $50 million advertising budget for the Reebok brand and eight athletic footwear categories. Teri loves to run, read, travel and cook big meals for family and friends. She lives in Rockville, MD with her husband Tim and their sons Cole, James and Devin.
